This Shipping Policy applies to supplies purchased directly from our online store. Products sold on request, due to their specific logistics requirements, have delivery arranged and handled directly with the responsible salesperson and are not covered by this policy.
We deliver supplies throughout Brazil. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination region and the carrier available for your ZIP code. Hard-to-reach locations may have extended delivery times.
After payment is confirmed, the order is picked and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders confirmed on weekends or holidays start being processed on the next business day. The processing time is added to the shipping time.
The delivery time is shown during checkout, after the shipping cost is calculated by ZIP code, and depends on the selected method and carrier. The estimated time is counted in business days from the order dispatch, not including the processing time.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically in the cart and at checkout based on the delivery ZIP code, weight, and dimensions of the supplies. You will be able to view the available options and their respective delivery times before completing your purchase.
As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking code by email and can follow the delivery status in the orders area of your account. We recommend tracking your order until it is received.
The carrier makes delivery attempts at the provided address. If the recipient is absent or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned to sender. Keep your address details correct and up to date to avoid delays or additional reshipping costs.
