Returns & Exchanges

Under article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from a supplies purchase within 7 calendar days of receipt, with no need to justify. In this case, the amount paid, including shipping, will be fully refunded.

In the case of a supply with a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 30 days for non-durable products and 90 days for durable products, under article 26 of the Consumer Protection Code. We will assess the product and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

For an exchange due to withdrawal, the supply must be returned with no signs of use, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice and all accessories. Products damaged by misuse are not eligible for exchange due to withdrawal.

After we receive and inspect the returned supply, the refund is processed according to the payment method used. The refund period may vary depending on the payment provider. You will be notified at each step of the process.

In cases of withdrawal within the legal period or of a defective product, the return shipping cost is on us. For returns for other reasons not provided for by law, the return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
