The presentation is led by Rafael Mueller, the company's Operations Director, who provides an in-depth look at the construction features and technical differentials of this equipment, developed to meet industrial sublimation demands with high performance.

Throughout the video, Rafael Mueller highlights the main features that make up the calender — from the safety and control systems to the thermal structure that ensures uniformity of results. Although the equipment is not running in the video, the detailed explanation provides a clear understanding of how each component was designed to deliver productivity, reliability, and thermal precision.

The Y-1800 delivers high production capacity, with performance of up to 600 linear meters per hour in roll-to-roll processing, and up to 1,200 cut pieces per hour. It is a robust machine, developed to withstand intense industrial pace without compromising the quality of results.

The video also presents the calender's operational features, such as the PLC, HMI and touch screen, which ensure precise parameter control and ease of daily use. The Y-1800 also features a fabric tensioner, quick release, a moving conveyor for finished products, and four emergency stop buttons, in addition to a manual safety crank — ideal for situations such as power outages.
